The Iranian Association of Health Education and Health Promotion(IAHEP) produces a wide array of publications to advance its work both as a communication and exchange hub and as a facilitator of technical expertise.
1-Iranian Journal of Health Education and Health Promotion:  First and foremost among the IAHEPs publications is the Iranian Journal of Health Education and Health Promotion. The quarterly journal publishes original articles and commentaries in Persian with English Abstract. Iranian Journal of Health Education and Health Promotion is a free open-access journal that has published by the Iranian Association of Health Education and Health Promotion since 2013-current. This journal tries to provide a new opportunity for advancing the field of Health Education & Health Promotion.

2 -Journal of Health Literacy: journal of Health Literacy is the official peer-reviewed journal of Iranian Association of Health Education and Health Promotion. The journal is published quarterly (June, September, December and March) since 2016.The quarterly journal publishes original articles and commentaries in English.

The Journal publishes peer-reviewed original articles and commissioned reviews on Health Literacy. Articles in the categories of Brief Communication, Case Report, and Letter to the Editor that may be of interest to researchers in Health literacy are also accepted.This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

BioSocial Health Journal: The BioSocial Health Journal (BSHJ) is an international, peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary forum dedicated to advancing understanding of the bio-psycho-social aspects of health and disease. Affiliated with the Iranian Health Education and Promotion Association, the journal publishes quarterly and adheres to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).
The journal welcomes original articles, reviews, perspectives, short communications, case reports, and letters to the editor addressing major themes and innovations in health sciences, practices, and interventions at both individual and community levels. Its primary focus encompasses interdisciplinary research, health impact assessment, systems thinking, health promotion, disease prevention, and knowledge translation and implementation. Key scope areas include social and psychological determinants of health and disease, biological pathways, health equity and disparities, health protection and disease management, health policy, data science and technology in health impact assessment, environmental and occupational health, and health ecology. As an open-access journal, BSHJ provides immediate, unrestricted access to its content, supporting the principle that freely available research fosters a broader global exchange of knowledge.
